The Case Information Online (CIO) System was created and is maintained by the Franklin County Clerk of Courts and the Franklin County Data Center. This system is intended as a convenience to the citizens of Franklin County for the purpose of obtaining public record information regarding Criminal and Civil cases filed in the General Division Court of Common Pleas and Domestic Relations cases filed in the Domestic Relations Division of the Court of Common Pleas. No warranty or guarantee is provided or implied through the availability of this system, and no certification of authenticity can be assumed regarding the accuracy of the information provided by the system. Every effort is being made to ensure the accuracy of the information in the CIO system. The docket entries found in this system are the same as those on the official court docket in the respective courts. The information contained in this system does not constitute the official record and, being a copy, may have some inaccuracies. If questions arise regarding the accuracy of information in the CIO system; the official record in the original court file at the courthouse should be consulted. Data and information from the CIO system is not intended for distribution by other persons, entities or organizations and the Office of the Franklin County Clerk of Courts accepts no responsibility for any use of the information beyond the purposes stated in this disclaimer. Users creating their own hyperlinks to pages on this site are requested and cautioned to do so in a manner which maintains a clear distinction between the user's content and official content published by this system. Users packaging pages from this Web site hyperlinked within frames are requested and cautioned to properly identify CIO System provided content.
